Update - the crash problem was never fixed and the standard answer is always clear the cache and make sure you have the latest version, standard and completely unhelpful. Plus the last update it now crashes 4 times out of 5 before it even gets past the load screen, and yes my cache is clear and I do have the latest version. This could easily be my favourite app but until they do something about the crashes it keeps its 1 star review. Update2 - good news/bad news time. The problem with the crashes seems to be sorted, mostly.
Bad news - since the update a couple of days ago my list of friends has been completely emptied, not one remains, also when I try to visit other zoos an error message appears and it sends me back to my zoo and as an added bonus when I go into settings my player id is blank so I can’t raise a query on your website as I have no id to put on the form. I was feeling so happy about the lack of crashes and then you go and put out an update full of bugs, so close guys, so close. Developer Response Hi! We ask you to update the game to the latest version, the issue was fixed.

Bannison84 Needs fixing I’ve been playing this game for a few months and while it’s got some good game content and doesn’t take too long to level up, it has become so slow and laggy since the last update it’s unplayable after a few minutes and just crashes. I’ve spent real money on this game and expect more for my money.
If it’s not fixed soon I’ll be deleting. And please don’t tell me to clear my cache as I’ve done that numerous times and it’s still the same.

Wot 2 Great game Love play this game there is just one little annoying thing that keeps happening. The tasks set to take the zoo up a level keeps giving ones that are impossible to complete (special in the given time). The zoo for having lost an animal that was not only an endangered species, but a member of their family as well. The mother, who has become the undeserved target of the internet hate machine and is continuing to be victimized by an internet mob who are more interested in victim-blaming than learning what really happened.
